Mario Schlosser is a technology entrepreneur and healthcare executive best known as the co-founder of Oscar Health, the consumer-focused health insurance company that later became publicly traded. At Oscar, he helped build a technology-driven approach to healthcare insurance centered on digital experiences, transparency, and data.
Before founding Oscar Health, Schlosser worked at Bridgewater Associates and was involved in technology and data research initiatives connected to MIT. He studied computer science at the University of Hannover and later attended Harvard University and Stanford University. Throughout his career, he has focused on applying software, AI, and data systems to improve healthcare access and operational efficiency.
